In an interview with a source, press secretary Melissa Zalestra said: “Promes’s lawyer is requesting to suspend the decision on his custody, previously issued by the district court and confirmed by the appeals court.” According to her, a short preliminary hearing on the attractiveness of a football player will take place on June 10, which is of a technical nature and “does not yet address the essence of the issue.” The content of the petition itself is known only to the lawyer—he will have to present it to the court.
