A letter sent to Brazilian clubs Dynamo Moscow has been published online, in which the Blue and Whites urge them not to negotiate with the midfielder. Bitellowho did not arrive at the Russian team’s winter training camp.
With this letter we address the situation of professional footballer João Paulo de Sousa Mares (Bitello), Brazilian citizen born on January 7, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the Player). The player is currently registered with Dynamo Moscow, but was not present at our club’s first training sessions during the offseason and disappeared 10 days ago. As far as we know, the player remains in Brazil and his agent, Mr. Maikel dos Santos Portela, is trying to involve other Brazilian clubs in the negotiations without any authorization from Dynamo. At the same time, the footballer benefits from a long-term employment contract with our club for a guaranteed period. Although we are deeply disappointed by the player’s poor behavior, we would like to emphasize our appreciation of Brazilian football as one of the key markets in the world. Thus, we would like to emphasize that any negotiations initiated by the player or Mr. Portela, or other representatives of the player, are not authorized by Dynamo. In these circumstances, such negotiations constitute an incentive to terminate the employment contract. We hope for your understanding regarding this situation, which we consider alarming and offensive for any football club. We also ask you to take this information into account.
