According to journalist Ivan Karpov,Spartak is actively discussing the transfer of defender Ilya Samoshnikova from Lokomotiv.
The Red Whites could pay up to €4.5 million for the 27-year-old.
Spartak plans to sign the attacking defender who can play on the flank this summer.
